I offer free delivery worldwide.

Benedicte Crusell will ship the goods via FedEx (unless otherwise indicated). Delivery will be made to the delivery address provided by the customer. I will always strive to make a quick delivery, but delivery time may vary depending on your exact location and the nature of your order.

As Benedicte Crusell cannot guarantee local delivery conditions, Benedicte Crusell cannot provide a guaranteed delivery time at the customer/recipient address.

Delivery time will also depend on the nature of your order, if it is an item already in stock or a custommade item. (If you need an especially speedy delivery, let me know and we’ll work it out).

All shipments are insured against loss and damage while they are in transit from Benedicte Crusell to the recipient address. As soon as the shipment has been signed for at the agreed address, the insurance will lapse. If your package is damaged upon arrival, I recommend that you make a note that you are receiving a damaged package when you sign for the shipment.
